Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to global brands, aligning BrandBastion’s AI-powered solutions with clients’ social engagement and brand protection goals.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and account expansions by demonstrating the impact of AI-driven automation on engagement, brand safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with AI specialists to fine-tune models based on client-specific needs, industry trends, and evolving communication styles.
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations to optimize moderation, engagement, and real-time execution.
  • Implement retention strategies to prevent churn and ensure long-term client success through strong, lasting relationships.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by relaying feedback to product, marketing, and sales teams to influence the product roadmap and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop customer advocates to generate testimonials, case studies, and references.
  • Own client-facing communications and reporting that demonstrate measurable business outcomes and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer growth, including managing renewals, expansions, and upsells at a B2B SaaS or fast-growing company.
  • Experience managing enterprise client portfolios and ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives and measurable impact.
  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, community management, or social engagement, with preference for agency or direct brand experience and expertise in paid/organic social strategy.
  • A data-driven, AI-first mindset with experience leveraging automation to scale social engagement while maintaining control.
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach with demonstrated ability to identify challenges, anticipate client needs, and deliver tangible business outcomes.
  • Strong strategic and problem-solving skills, able to use insights to tell compelling business stories and influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills to serve as a trusted advisor and customer advocate.
