Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to global brands on social engagement and brand protection strategy.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and expansions by demonstrating the impact of AI-driven automation.
  • Collaborate with AI specialists to refine models based on client needs, industry trends, and communication styles.
  • Analyze performance data and turn insights into recommendations that improve moderation, engagement, and execution.
  • Implement retention strategies to reduce churn and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Identify and develop customer advocates for testimonials, case studies, and references.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer growth, including renewals, expansions, and upsells in a B2B SaaS or fast-growing company.
  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing, community management, or social engagement.
  • Preference for experience in an agency, direct brand environment, or paid/organic social strategy.
  • Experience managing enterprise client portfolios with strategic alignment to business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of customer metrics, business goals, and measurable impact.
  • Data-driven and AI-first mindset with comfort using automation to scale engagement.
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate client needs.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate business insights effectively.
