Description

  • Review editorial, design, and video work to ensure it is on-brief and ready for client review.
  • Provide actionable feedback and guidance to production teams when revisions are needed.
  • Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules.
  • Track monthly tasks and deliverables for assigned accounts.
  • Work with production teams to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and on brief.
  • Serve as the internal advocate and gatekeeper for all production deliverables.
  • Attend weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly client check-ins.
  • Escalate and resolve content or strategy issues quickly and effectively.
  • Manage multiple delivery schedules, processes, and competing priorities across teams.
  • Maintain diligent record-keeping and support product planning for client deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong editorial and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with proprietary software and industry tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to understand a client brief and translate it into actionable direction.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work at a computer during standard working hours.
