Description

  • Serve as the client's primary internal advocate for assigned accounts.
  • Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules and timelines.
  • Track tasks and deliverables for assigned accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure tasks and deliverables are created on-time and on-brief.
  • Review editorial, design, and video work prior to client delivery and provide green-light decisions or actionable feedback.
  • Attend regular client check-ins (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and manage client communications.
  • Escalate and resolve content or strategy issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of projects, schedules, and communications and manage competing commercial and internal priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong creative background, ideally with an editorial focus (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize competing workloads.
  • Ability to review creative work and provide clear, meaningful, actionable feedback to production teams.
  • Proficiency with proprietary software and industry tools, or ability to learn them quickly.
  • Deep understanding of production processes or willingness to develop exceptional product knowledge.
  • Ability to work at a computer during standard working hours and participate in scheduled client meetings.
  • Attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
