Description

  • Provide disease-state awareness, product information, and pharmacoeconomic analyses to managed care organizations, payers, and other formulary decision makers.
  • Maintain current scientific expertise in the disease state, clinical data, product data, and competitor landscape for the therapeutic area.
  • Build and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders at academic institutions and clinics.
  • Present scientific product-related data and disease awareness information in hospital, institutional, and academic settings.
  • Serve as a liaison between healthcare professionals and Braeburn for unsolicited investigator-initiated trials.
  • Respond to unsolicited medical information requests from healthcare professionals with documented written and verbal communications.
  • Support company-sponsored trials, research initiatives, and clinical trial site recruitment as needed.
  • Support speaker training, advisory boards, medical meeting booth coverage, and session coverage.
  • Provide training to internal and external partners on disease state, products, and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with field and internal teams, share regional insights, and support Medical Affairs projects while complying with company and regulatory policies.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in a health-sciences related field such as PharmD, MD, DO, or PhD.
  • 5+ years of previous MSL or relevant pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
  • Experience in addiction medicine preferred.
  • Understanding of managed care and pharmacoeconomic principles is desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Business and scientific acumen with the ability to communicate complex scientific and clinical information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a virtual environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 60–70%.
  • Teamwork, leadership, timely decision-making, and results orientation.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
