Description

  • Design and evaluate AI/ML models tailored to BPM use cases such as tax AI bots and Copilot extensions.
  • Prepare, manage, and quality-check structured and unstructured datasets for model training and evaluation.
  • Build and deploy AI features into BPM systems and workflows using tools such as Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform.
  • Develop automation solutions that reduce manual effort and streamline operations across Tax, Assurance, and Advisory.
  • Partner with IT, business stakeholders, and data governance teams to identify use cases and align solutions with firm goals.
  • Rapidly prototype AI solutions, test emerging tools, and recommend best practices for adoption.
  • Apply responsible AI practices to ensure models are accurate, explainable, and compliant with BPM standards.
  • Help shape the processes, tools, and standards for a new AI-focused development team.
  • Translate business needs into reliable AI solutions that colleagues can depend on in day-to-day work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of applied AI experience.
  • Strong background in machine learning, data science, and applied AI.
  • Proficiency with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
  • Solid programming skills in Python; Python and SQL experience preferred in the broader technical stack.
  • Experience building chatbots, copilots, or similar AI-driven automation.
  • Experience preparing datasets and building ML pipelines.
  • Familiarity with product development lifecycles and agile delivery practices.
  • Security-conscious mindset with knowledge of data protection best practices for sensitive or regulated data.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, with Azure preferred.
  • Familiarity with OpenAI SDK, Azure AI SDK, LangChain, and Pandas is preferred.
  • Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of enterprise data governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices is preferred.
  • Prior experience in professional services such as accounting or consulting is a plus.

  • $150,000 - $190,000 a year compensation range for candidates in Ontario, Canada, plus any non-discretionary bonuses or commissions.
