Description

  • Take projects from specification to deployed software using Claude Code and other coding agents for most implementation work.
  • Author CLAUDE.md files, reusable skills, and prompt systems that produce consistent output.
  • Manage context, sub-agents, memory, and tokens across long-running tasks.
  • Drive test-first development with agents using hooks, sub-agents, and verification patterns.
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployments, databases, secrets, and monitoring.
  • Review, refactor, and quality-check agent-produced code before shipping it.
  • Debug and resolve issues across files, languages, stacks, deployments, and infrastructure.
  • Communicate progress and risks honestly, and flag problems early when work is harder than expected.

Requirements

  • Real, demonstrable Claude Code experience shipping apps, not just proofs of concept or toys.
  • Fluency with CLAUDE.md, skills, sub-agents, hooks, MCP servers, plan mode, and slash commands.
  • Experience with at least one other coding agent such as Cursor, Codex, Copilot, Amp, or Cline.
  • Experience writing reusable skills, system prompts, or agent definitions that produce consistent output.
  • Strong context engineering skills, including summarizing, spawning sub-agents, and restarting work deliberately.
  • Experience with external memory, RAG, file-system memory, and structured handoffs across sessions and days.
  • Ability to optimize token usage and choose the right model for the task.
  • Strong Git skills including branches, rebases, worktrees, conflict resolution, and clean commits.
  • Deployment experience with platforms such as Vercel, Fly, Railway, or AWS.
  • Postgres-class database experience, including schemas, indexes, migrations, foreign keys, transactions, and Row Level Security.
  • Security knowledge covering secrets management, auth flows, input validation, CORS, prompt injection, scoped tool permissions, and OWASP Top 10.
  • Basic networking and infrastructure knowledge, including DNS, HTTPS, environment isolation, logs, error tracking, and uptime monitoring.
  • Ability to read and debug code across files, languages, and stacks.
  • Experience making coding agents follow test-first development practices and using unit, integration, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Strong code review discipline and honest communication about risks and blockers.
