Description

  • Lead research, evaluation, selection, and implementation of emerging security technologies.
  • Serve as a technical subject-matter expert for access control, video security systems, and security analytics.
  • Architect, configure, and maintain integrations between security platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Design and manage ETL workflows that turn security system data into actionable business intelligence.
  • Program, configure, and support enterprise security systems to maximize uptime and performance.
  • Identify and deploy automation solutions to reduce repetitive manual work and improve efficiency.
  • Lead system upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and other technical improvement initiatives.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting and technical support for cloud-based enterprise security applications.
  • Develop technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Security Operations, IT, Engineering, and business stakeholders on scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience programming and administering enterprise-wide physical security systems in large, multi-site environments.
  • 3+ years of experience integrating security systems across multiple platforms, including API-based integrations and data exchange workflows.
  • Experience supporting or leading enterprise security applications such as access control, video management systems (VMS), and visitor management platforms.
  • Experience with cloud-based camera analytics and emerging AI-driven security technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent technical projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Technical degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, and/or relevant industry certifications.
  • Genetec Synergis SC-STC-001 and/or SC-ETC-001 certification preferred.
  • Studio production, entertainment, or technology industry experience is a plus.

Benefits

  • Full-time, fully remote position.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year.
  • Approximately 15% regional travel required.
