Description

  • Build and maintain multi-tab operating models with dynamic drivers, scenario analysis, and sensitivity frameworks.
  • Own demand forecasting across Amazon, DTC, and wholesale channels.
  • Develop predictive frameworks that support production planning, inventory positioning, SKU rationalization, and working capital optimization.
  • Run scenario planning that balances margin, cash flow, service levels, and operational constraints.
  • Conduct quantitative business analysis across channels, products, and customer cohorts to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leaders in marketing, supply chain, product, and finance to translate business questions into quantitative frameworks.
  • Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and executive reviews.
  • Deliver clear, executive-ready recommendations backed by rigorous analysis.
  • Lead or support strategic initiatives such as new channel expansion, product portfolio strategy, operational efficiency programs, and partnership evaluation.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in financial modeling and analytical roles.
  • Background in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, management consulting, or FP&A/corporate strategy at a high-growth consumer or DTC company.
  • Experience building complex driver-based operating models and integrated financial statements.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and complex model architecture.
  • Experience with sensitivity analyses and scenario frameworks.
  • Ability to pressure-test assumptions and use quantitative analysis to drive decisions.
  • Strong strategic thinking with operational pragmatism.
  • Clear, concise communication skills with comfort presenting to senior leadership.
  • Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
