Description

  • Build and execute the end-to-end retention strategy to deepen usage and reduce seller churn across segments.
  • Own the roadmap for reducing voluntary and involuntary churn and prioritize retention initiatives.
  • Launch proactive save flows and winback strategies driven by predictive signals.
  • Create segmentation-driven retention journeys across seller types and lifecycle stages.
  • Identify and remove friction points that lead to churn and design experiences that reinforce product value after key milestones (onboarding, first hardware purchase, 30-day inactivity).
  • Develop dashboards and alerting systems to monitor retention performance and seller health.
  • Define seller health metrics and collaborate with Data Science to predict churn risk.
  • Lead A/B tests and reactivation experiments across channels (email, in-app, AM-led) and iterate based on results.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Support, Sales, AMs, GTM, Engagement, Monetization, and Onboarding to coordinate execution and influence company-wide priorities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in retention, churn reduction, or customer lifecycle.
  • Proven track record of using data and experimentation to drive product impact and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with save flows, subscription churn analysis, or customer winbacks (preferred).
  • Strong cross-functional execution skills and experience partnering with Support, Sales/Account Management, Data Science, and GTM teams.
  • Experience defining metrics, building dashboards/alerting, and operationalizing seller health signals.
  • Experience designing and running A/B tests and multi-channel reactivation experiments.
  • Strategic mindset with strong attention to execution details and the ability to influence company priorities.

  • Market-based U.S. base pay ranges by zone (starting pay determined by location/experience): Zone A $198,000–$297,000; Zone B $188,100–$282,100; Zone C $178,200–$267,400; Zone D $168,300–$252,500 (ranges may vary).
