Description

Support UX design work for client engagements across a variety of industries and project types.
Contribute to freelance projects that typically last 1-4 months.
Participate in embedded contract engagements that can run 6-18 months with Blink’s larger clients.
Work on both full-time and occasional part-time opportunities as client needs change.
Collaborate on design consulting work within Blink’s UX research, strategy, and design practice.
Adapt to evolving client needs and be available for future opportunities as they arise.
Align with Blink’s company culture framework and ways of working.
Participate in the application and interview process for roles that match your background.

Requirements

Senior-level UX design experience is implied for this opportunity.
Interest in freelance work, long-term embedded contract work, or both.
Availability for remote work.
Willingness to consider project-based engagements ranging from 1-4 months.
Willingness to consider embedded engagements lasting 6-18 months.
Ability to work in full-time roles, with occasional part-time availability preferred.
Experience suited to working with diverse clients and industries.
Pay for freelance work is $70-$100 per hour on a 1099 basis.
For embedded roles, compensation will be based on the salary range listed in the specific job posting.
Pay will be determined by experience, location, and other factors during the interview process.
