Description

  • Own the quality, clarity, and consistency of marketing messaging across channels.
  • Develop a working understanding of the BIS platform and accurately reflect product functionality in copy.
  • Write and refine marketing content for website pages, landing pages, ads, buyer guides, campaigns, product marketing, video scripts, and email communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership and the broader marketing team on positioning, audience-specific messaging, and campaign needs.
  • Translate complex product and system information into clear, compelling marketing language.
  • Contribute copy for digital campaigns, SEO and AEO content initiatives, downloadable assets, and product-focused materials.
  • Use AI tools to support research, drafting, and content development, and improve AI-assisted copy into polished final work.
  • Respond to feedback and iterate quickly to reduce revision cycles over time.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional marketing copywriting experience.
  • Ability to translate complex systems into clear, accurate messaging.
  • Strong judgment about tone, clarity, and positioning.
  • Ability to write quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience using AI tools as part of modern content workflows.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and ask clarifying questions when needed.
  • Interest in messaging psychology and how different audiences respond to communication.
  • Bonus: Experience writing for SaaS platforms, especially in safety, compliance, training, or other regulated industries.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with SEO copywriting principles and how content supports organic search performance.
  • Bonus: Experience writing across multiple formats including landing pages, email campaigns, video scripts, ad copy, and buyer guides.
  • Bonus: Understanding of how marketing messaging connects to campaign strategy and lead generation.
  • Bonus: Exposure to content management systems and marketing automation platforms.
