Description

  • Build and maintain dynamic in-app solutions, including Mini Programs and related frontend experiences.
  • Design and develop libraries and frameworks that support complex web applications.
  • Improve development efficiency and code quality through frontend infrastructure and tooling.
  • Define and implement architecture standards and best practices for frontend systems.
  • Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborate within a global engineering environment to deliver fast-moving product initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience designing and implementing JavaScript frameworks or libraries.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript and Node.js.
  • Experience with native dynamic solutions such as Mini Programs and React Native.
  • Solid understanding of internal mechanisms and performance optimization for Mini Programs or React Native.
  • Deep understanding of architecture and rendering principles of modern UI frameworks such as React or Vue.
  • Proven experience building frontend infrastructure or tooling using esbuild, Webpack, Parcel, or Vite.
  • Strong track record in at least one advanced area such as compiler and runtime development for DSLs or server-side Node.js frameworks and SSR.
  • No academic degree is required; candidates are evaluated on technical depth and capability.
  • Active GitHub or NPM portfolio preferred.
  • Open-source contribution experience preferred, especially as a core developer on popular projects.
