Description

  • Develop end-to-end product lifecycle plans for global Fiat On Ramp, Marketplace Solution, and e-Commerce products.
  • Define product strategies aligned with global business goals.
  • Use data and experimentation insights to shape product decisions and initiatives.
  • Partner with engineering, design, compliance, risk, business development, and marketing teams to launch high-impact global features.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis across regions to identify trends, regulatory considerations, and local opportunities.
  • Work with business operations to design solutions that improve product conversion and engagement.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to increase operational efficiency and improve product experience quality.
  • Operate as an individual contributor with strategic ownership, disciplined execution, and proactive leadership.
  • Manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in payments, trading, or Web3 ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of leading complex global product launches with measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data, experimentation, A/B tests, funnels, and cohorts to guide strategy.
  • Solid technical understanding and comfort working with backend, API, and app engineers.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across regions and time zones.
  • Self-driven and outcome-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, product listing, trading, and dispute handling is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Web3 and DeFi ecosystems, protocols, and compliance frameworks such as AML and risk controls is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled product growth or data analytics tools is a plus.
