Description

  • Collaborate with a global team to design and develop a world-class KYC platform that is compliant and user-friendly.
  • Create and review product requirements documents (PRDs) to support project tracking and alignment.
  • Manage project execution to ensure delivery on schedule and by deadlines.
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, Compliance, Risk, and other internal stakeholders to prioritize the highest-value KYC flows.
  • Track and analyze key user metrics to identify issues and drive continuous product improvements.
  • Continuously refine workflow design to make the platform intuitive and optimize conversion rates in designated markets.
  • Support Regional and Global Heads and coordinate product implementation across multiple stakeholders.
  • Communicate new features and enhancements to users and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in tech, fintech, finance, or blockchain.
  • Strong experience with KYC processes is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management, preferably within an agile framework.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize objectively.
  • Logical thinking with the ability to identify and articulate rationale, assumptions, and risks.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
