Description

  • Design and build libraries and frameworks that support complex web applications.
  • Define and implement frontend architecture standards and best practices.
  • Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and overall performance.
  • Improve development efficiency and code quality across frontend teams.
  • Contribute to the infrastructure that enables seamless user and developer interactions.
  • Work within the Experience & Connectivity Team on innovative platforms and services.

Requirements

  • No academic degree is required; candidates are evaluated on technical depth.
  • 4 years of experience designing and implementing JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
  • Strong command of JavaScript and NodeJS.
  • Deep understanding of the internal mechanisms of popular UI rendering frameworks such as React or Vue.
  • Proven track record in one or more of the following areas: frontend developer toolkits, compiler and runtime development for DSLs, or server-side NodeJS framework development and server-side rendering.
  • Deep understanding of build tools such as esbuild, Webpack, Parcel, or Vite is a plus.
  • Strong hands-on coding capability.
  • Active GitHub and/or NPM portfolio is desirable.
  • Experience as a core developer on popular open-source projects is desirable.
  • Familiarity with multiple programming languages is desirable.
