Description

  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret large volumes of user and transaction data to identify anomalies and fraudulent trends.
  • Use AI and agentic tools to investigate cases, extract patterns, and support fraud prevention during and after KYC onboarding.
  • Develop and refine fraud detection and compliance rules, alerts, and operational procedures.
  • Improve risk controls, internal risk policies, and automated monitoring systems.
  • Collaborate across risk and compliance teams to strengthen prevention and control measures.
  • Work with global and local regulatory teams to deploy appropriate risk controls and mitigate potential fraud attacks.
  • Support measures that reduce noncompliance risk on the platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in fraud detection, risk analysis, AML/KYC compliance, or a related field.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or crypto is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of KYC requirements, fraud typologies, and compliance terminology and procedures.
  • SQL proficiency is mandatory for analyzing and manipulating large datasets.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret large volumes of data.
  • Strong integrity, professional skepticism, and critical thinking.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Passion for blockchain, cryptocurrency, and financial technology.
