Description

  • Handle a high volume of live chat and phone inquiries from customers.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to deliver satisfactory resolutions.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to users.
  • Manage complaints and offer appropriate solutions within required time limits.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and internal policies.
  • Perform follow-up actions to secure issue resolution.
  • Engage customers proactively and go the extra mile to support their experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Willingness to work weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts.
  • Strong ability to use IT tools for professional use and handle somewhat technical customer queries.
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong listening ability.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency or blockchain is a strong plus.
  • Multilingual capability is a strong plus.
