Description

  • Serve as the frontline for the P2P market by handling all inbound inquiries and initiating outbound communication via chats, emails, and calls.
  • Independently provide accurate information and resolve customer problems and issues related to P2P operations.
  • Continuously update and maintain relevant product and process knowledge to support customer service operations.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to team leaders, managers, and other departments as required.
  • Adhere to Quality Assurance standards and follow the schedule set by the Team Leader.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of other processes or tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
  • Demonstrate effective teamwork and professional behavior within the team and across departments.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of frontline customer support experience, preferably in the financial or service industry.
  • Passion and willingness to go above and beyond to solve complex problems while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to operate in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
  • Reliable fast internet connection (at least 5 Mbps broadband).
  • Knowledge or interest in blockchain, digital assets, or fintech; being a Binance P2P user is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
