Description

Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts from concept to publish-ready edit.
Appear on camera for explainers, trends, street-style content, and scripted or semi-scripted videos.
Monitor TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube for emerging trends, sounds, formats, and challenges and turn relevant ones into timely content.
Edit videos using CapCut and native platform tools with attention to captions, pacing, transitions, sound sync, and safe zones.
Adapt content for each platform rather than cross-posting identical versions.
Schedule and publish approved content across TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube, including captions, hashtags, tags, cover frames, alt text, and QA checks.
Maintain the content calendar, asset trackers, and publishing statuses.
Support social listening by tracking brand mentions, keywords, competitor activity, sentiment shifts, and conversation trends.
Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions, draft approved responses, and escalate sensitive or compliance-related queries.
Support the MENAP Creator Program by managing creator communications, distributing weekly briefs, tracking deliverables, and logging content links.
Help maintain the creator database and scout potential new creators across social platforms.
Pull social performance metrics and support weekly or monthly reporting on engagement, retention, and content performance.

Requirements

Current university student or recent graduate.
Proven ability to create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, shown through a portfolio, personal account, or previous work.
Comfortable and natural on camera.
Deep, current understanding of TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube trends and culture, with the ability to move fast.
Strong understanding of hooks and how visual, audio, and narrative techniques drive retention.
Proficient in CapCut and Instagram native editing tools.
Strong sense of pacing, framing, and platform-native visual language.
Organized, deadline-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong written communication and relationship-management skills for working with external creators and stakeholders.
Comfortable learning and working in publishing, listening, and analytics tools.
Bilingual English and Urdu is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Familiarity with the fintech and crypto space is preferred.
Prior hands-on experience with tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, or Talkwalker is preferred.
Experience creating content for a brand or business account is preferred.
Basic shooting and lighting knowledge for phone-first production is preferred.
Familiarity with social analytics such as views, retention, and engagement is preferred.
