Description

  • Deploy and manage AI evaluation processes across the infrastructure to monitor model performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Process and analyze data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for model enhancement.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines that ingest raw data, transform it, and feed downstream systems.
  • Collaborate with security, engineering, and product teams to embed security and compliance considerations into the development lifecycle.
  • Automate repetitive workflows and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop, test, and optimize scripts that interface with data services and internal tools.
  • Support reliable and accurate data insights in distributed data environments.
  • Own tasks from conception to completion while adapting quickly to new tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • Current university student or recent graduate eligible for the Binance Accelerator Program.
  • Proficient in Python, including making API calls with libraries such as requests and handling JSON data.
  • Strong data processing skills in PySpark and SQL (Hive).
  • Solid foundation in software development fundamentals, including version control with Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a logical mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Experience with AI or evaluation-related projects, personal, academic, or professional (preferred).
  • Understanding of large language models and issues such as hallucination (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Label Studio for data annotation or Airflow for workflow orchestration (preferred).
