Description

  • Lead end-to-end development of a sustainable points ecosystem, defining core rules such as points tasks, tiered levels, reward redemption, and benefit display.
  • Formulate total points issuance and design mechanisms for points acquisition, consumption, recycling, validity periods and inflation control to ensure long-term stability.
  • Perform points balance calculations, cost budgeting and long-term inflation modeling to maintain controllable operational costs and value anchoring.
  • Establish and monitor core metrics (e.g., redemption rate, inflation rate, cost expenditure) and build reporting to support data-driven operations and risk control.
  • Design and implement anti-cheating and anti-abuse strategies to protect system integrity and reduce fraud/abuse risk.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, business units, regional teams, Risk, PR and Customer Service to develop user communication guidelines and benefit displays.
  • Drive seamless integration of the points system with business activities to lower user comprehension barriers and reduce complaint risk.
  • Lead project implementation and cross-team alignment to deliver the points system from concept (0) to full operational rollout.

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional experience in user incentive programs, membership systems or economic system design across gaming, e-commerce, fintech or related industries.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end projects, including building a points system from 0 to 1 and driving full implementation.
  • Strong logical and mathematical competence with the ability to independently complete points balance calculations, cost budgeting and long-term inflation modeling.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel formulas and basic SQL (mandatory).
  • Solid understanding of financial product logic (including spot trading, futures, wealth management) and investor protection/compliance boundaries to avoid incentivizing high-risk behaviors.
  • Excellent cross-team collaboration skills and experience aligning with compliance, risk control, product and other core departments to drive project progress.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin required for coordination with overseas partners; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience in game numerical planning and balance adjustment to optimize economic system stability.
  • Preferred: background in fintech or securities brokerage with knowledge of cross-regional regulatory differences and requirements.
  • Preferred: advanced data analysis skills (Python or SQL) and the ability to build and optimize points liability forecasting models to support refined operations and risk control.
