Description

  • Manage and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives to drive organic growth, patient acquisition, and long-term visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research across insomnia, anxiety, and related mental health topics and map keywords to the customer journey for both informational and conversion intent.
  • Optimise website architecture, landing pages, and content for users and search engines, ensuring technical SEO best practices (site speed, mobile-friendliness, structured data, crawlability).
  • Partner with the Content Manager to plan and optimise high-quality, patient-centred content that answers search intent and supports rankings and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs to track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Develop and implement link-building strategies to increase domain authority and trust.
  • Continuously adapt SEO strategy and processes based on industry developments and search engine algorithm changes, reallocating resources as needed.
  • Own the measurement framework and report on KPIs and insights to stakeholders, providing clear, data-backed recommendations.
  • Educate and support internal teams on SEO best practices and cross-functional collaboration with content and product teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of proven SEO experience, ideally within healthcare, digital health, or another highly regulated sector.
  • Demonstrable track record of improving organic visibility, rankings, and conversions.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially content and product.
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and translating insights into action.
