Description

  • Plan, deploy, maintain, monitor, expand, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns with multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Develop and execute a data-driven experimentation roadmap to improve sustainable growth and marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Data team on attribution, incrementality testing, MMM/MMP strategy, and performance reporting.
  • Make proactive investment recommendations based on performance and market signals.
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities for campaign growth and improvement.
  • Optimize campaigns to increase volume and margins while driving positive ROAS.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets and turn findings into actionable decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Engineering on experimentation.
  • Analyze algorithms, techniques, and statistical models for prediction in a dynamic data environment.
  • Contribute to overall marketing strategy by sharing data, results, and ideas.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience running large-scale mobile paid user acquisition campaigns in a performance-driven environment.
  • Experience with Meta advertising and Google AdWords.
  • Experience with web and app analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Omni, Sigma, or similar.
  • BS/BA in marketing or a relevant field preferred.
  • Strong comfort with data, analytics, and Excel.
  • Collaborative, hard-working, execution-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, consumer interaction, usability, and persuasion.
  • Interest in market trends, especially creative strategy.
  • Tech-savvy with interest in using AI workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with influencers or acting talent is a plus.
  • Experience integrating ad accounts with Claude MCPs or similar is a plus.
