Description

  • Drive full-stack feature development from conception through deployment and own key product initiatives.
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of user-facing features that improve the overall user experience.
  • Build robust, scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing systems.
  • Optimize prompts, fine-tune AI model behavior, and rigorously evaluate performance.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of digital products.
  • Stay current on agent-based products and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Ship an initial pull request on day one.

Requirements

  • Strong full-stack foundation, from building frontend components to developing APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into real-world applications.
  • Proficiency with modern development practices and meaningful real-world experience.
  • Experience working on user-facing products and engaging directly with customers to distinguish signal from noise.
  • Willingness to work hard, move quickly, adapt rapidly, and operate effectively in a changing environment.
  • Exceptional ability to learn, execute, and teach others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Ability to leverage off-the-shelf tools when appropriate and a passion for building internal tools that improve team workflows.
  • Preferred: experience building multi-agent systems capable of performing complex tasks.
  • Preferred: experience as a core builder at a high-growth startup.
  • Preferred: contributions to open-source projects.
  • Preferred: strong understanding of agent orchestration and the ability to design simple, elegant systems.
