Description

Work directly with children using play-based ABA therapy in one-on-one sessions.
Teach communication, social, and self-help skills.
Track progress and collect session data on a phone or tablet.
Partner with families and collaborate with the clinical team.
Provide consistent afternoon and evening support to clients across scheduled sessions.
Support children with autism in developing everyday life skills through hands-on intervention.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Availability to work weekday afternoons or evenings from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at least 3 days per week.
Reliable car, valid driver's license, and insurance required.
Comfort using a phone or tablet for session data collection.
Experience or interest in caregiving, education, or working with children with special needs preferred.
Background or interest in paraprofessional work, coaching, tutoring, special education, social work, mental health advocacy, youth programs, foster care, childcare, or camp counseling preferred.
Studies in psychology, education, social work, human development, or a related field preferred.
Must be willing to complete RBT training within 14 days.
Bilingual candidates receive a higher pay rate.
Must be able to travel between clients.
