Description

  • Work directly with children in one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy sessions.
  • Teach communication, social, and self-help skills.
  • Track client progress and collect session data using a phone or tablet.
  • Partner with families to support client growth and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team on treatment delivery and support.
  • Provide care during weekday afternoon and evening shifts.
  • Travel between client locations as needed and submit for reimbursement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Availability on weekday afternoons or evenings, typically 3pm to 8pm, for a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and active insurance required.
  • Comfort using a phone or tablet for data collection.
  • Experience or interest in caregiving, education, or working with children with special needs preferred.
  • Background or interest in paraprofessional work, tutoring, coaching, special education, social work, mental health advocacy, youth programs, foster care, childcare, or camp counseling is preferred.
  • Students studying psychology, education, social work, human development, or a related field are especially encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to complete RBT training within 14 days is required for the bonus program.
  • Bilingual candidates may qualify for a higher pay rate.
