Description

  • Provide evidence-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents in home and community settings.
  • Teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills using Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
  • Collaborate with parents, clinical directors, BCBAs, and case supervisors to support individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain professionalism, goal-oriented work habits, and active engagement throughout sessions.
  • Travel to and from client homes using personal transportation.
  • Complete onboarding requirements and an initial training period.
  • Support clients through energetic, hands-on interaction during play and activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to complete onboarding requirements and initial training.
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and car insurance required.
  • Ability to travel to client homes and provide in-home/community-based services.
  • Access to a smartphone, tablet, iPad, or laptop with internet for session data capture.
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal background clearance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stay active during sessions, including squatting, bending, and playing on the floor.
  • Experience with autism or special needs is a plus.
  • Experience or interest in education, healthcare, special education, social work, childcare, or related fields is encouraged.
  • Working toward or completed degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field is encouraged.
