Description

  • Communicate by phone, email, and Google Chat with ABA therapists, clients, and team members to coordinate schedules.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, reschedule sessions, and handle last-minute scheduling changes.
  • Enter and update scheduling data accurately to reflect appointment changes, availability, and client needs.
  • Manage multiple communication channels and prioritize tasks to keep scheduling operations running smoothly.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with ABA therapists and clients through clear, friendly communication.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to resolve scheduling conflicts and coverage gaps.
  • Assist with additional administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish is required.
  • Availability between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. PST is required.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls, including cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for email and Google Chat.
  • Previous experience in phone communication, scheduling, or data entry is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Chat.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail when handling multiple schedules and updates.
  • Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work well with others.
