Description

  • Collaborate with the team to shape technical solutions and product direction for mobile applications.
  • Design, write, and maintain clean, maintainable, and well-architected Flutter code.
  • Implement new features and improve existing functionality with a strong focus on usability and performance.
  • Work on both new product development and ongoing improvements to existing client applications.
  • Improve existing solutions to increase robustness and user-friendliness.
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests and focus on overall code quality.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared engineering standards and best practices.
  • Support and improve release and testing processes for mobile applications.
  • Work with design systems and closely with designers to deliver consistent, high-quality user experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience with app development.
  • At least 2 years of experience with the Flutter framework.
  • 1+ year of experience building production-grade applications with Flutter.
  • Experience building robust user interfaces and a keen focus on usability and performance.
  • Solid knowledge of Git, state management approaches, and data fetching strategies.
  • Experience with unit and integration testing and release/testing processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum B2 level of English (working language of the team).
  • Nice to have: experience with cloud platforms and ability to create designs or work in Figma (design sensibility).

Benefits

  • Salary 23,000–26,000 PLN net on B2B contract (0% VAT).
  • 100% remote work (Poland) with a flexible working schedule (typically between 08:00 and 18:00).
