Description

  • Process referrals from physicians, healthcare professionals, and other referral sources.
  • Build relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals alongside the sales team.
  • Review and compile documentation required to transition or initiate physician-ordered care.
  • Coordinate with service offices to establish ordered services.
  • Collaborate with Transitional Care Managers, Marketing Managers, the Director of Area Sales, and Office Directors on shared accounts.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and support sales team initiatives.
  • Demonstrate BAYADA’s core values and meet established performance standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant sales or referral management experience may substitute.
  • At least 1 year of healthcare experience, preferably in home health care.
  • Experience with health system, referral management, or home health platforms preferred.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage projects effectively.
  • Record of taking on increased responsibility and achieving positive results.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and PC skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Demonstrated goal achievement and ambition to advance beyond the position.
  • Must reside within a commutable 100-mile radius of Charlotte, North Carolina.
