Description

  • Create marketing graphics for landing pages, ads, banners, social media, and presentations.
  • Design and optimize product interfaces and onboarding materials using UX/UI principles.
  • Help build and maintain a consistent visual identity for the Responso brand.
  • Collaborate on video productions and tutorial content, including graphics, animations, and editing support.
  • Work with content, product, and development teams to deliver projects.
  • Prepare and export assets ready for implementation across web, mobile, and print.
  • Analyze UX and propose improvements based on data and user feedback.
  • Develop strong key visuals and adapt graphic concepts across multiple digital formats.
  • Design offline print materials, including POS elements and trade fair stand visualizations.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a designer combining graphic design and UX/UI.
  • A strong portfolio showing banner ads, email marketing graphics, social media visuals, logos, and product/interface design.
  • Very good command of Figma, which is the primary working tool.
  • Understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn in the context of marketing design.
  • Hands-on experience designing and optimizing digital ads for Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop, plus at least good knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
  • Ability to create short motion graphics and marketing animations for video ads, animated banners, and social content.
  • Knowledge of UX principles, accessibility, and user-centered design.
  • Ability to proactively identify visual and product issues and propose effective, innovative solutions.
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Communicative English.
  • Preferred: experience designing for SaaS products.
  • Preferred: basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Preferred: experience creating animations and micro-interactions.
  • Preferred: ability to conduct UX research such as user interviews and usability tests.
  • Preferred: experience working with design systems.
  • Preferred: familiarity with tools such as CapCut and HeyGen.
  • Preferred: practical use of AI tools in the design process.
