Description

  • Develop region-specific go-to-market strategies to increase awareness and demand in partnership with business units and sales channels.
  • Coordinate with global teams to develop, deploy, and optimize region-focused campaigns.
  • Create regional marketing collateral to support new customer acquisition.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity and turn insights into tactical marketing and sales programs.
  • Bring regional customer insights to product management, R&D, applications, and sales teams to inform the development roadmap.
  • Work with regional and country senior management to align sales and marketing efforts around business opportunities.
  • Engage with customers to generate new business and support retention of existing customers.
  • Develop inbound marketing ideas and strategies to meet regional market goals.
  • Report updates on initiatives, campaigns, and KPIs to the Global Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of regional B2B marketing experience, with fresh graduates who have marketing experience also welcome to apply.
  • Ability to generate creative ideas for improving inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
  • Strong rapport-building skills with clients and the ability to bring in marketing and sales leads.
  • Deep understanding of cultural norms and regional nuances in the target market.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects, handle interruptions, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage partner expectations and influence regional marketing strategy design and deployment.
  • Ability to translate market insights into actionable plans and identify regional market opportunities across the product portfolio.
  • Successful completion of background checking is required as a condition of hire.
