Description

  • Lead and motivate the team while setting an example through proactive problem-solving and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Oversee team workflows to ensure policy compliance and on-time delivery.
  • Mentor and develop team members to support learning, growth, and performance.
  • Manage complex technical writing projects and provide high-level oversight of deliverables.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions that improve team efficiency.
  • Monitor project profitability and resource utilization in line with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and represent the team in client meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Provide final review of technical documentation and artwork for compliance with client, legal, and safety standards.
  • Create high-quality technical documents, illustrations, and drawings, and support ad hoc tasks and multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Technical Writing, Technical Studies, Communication, Technical Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a related industry, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Native-level English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Expert knowledge of technical documentation and tools such as Adobe CC Suite and Content Management Solutions.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to implement innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under tight schedules and pressure.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive in research, logical, analytical, organized, dynamic, agile, loyal, honest, and trustworthy.
