Description

  • Manage large multi-faceted projects, accounts, or campaigns, including multiple projects at once.
  • Lead and support Project Managers or Associate Project Managers as needed.
  • Collaborate with agency teams to create project plans, staffing plans, forecasts, and resource allocations.
  • Serve as the communications hub between agency teams and external agency partners.
  • Manage workflow across assigned accounts and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Develop timelines, advise on estimates, and flag timing or budget risks early.
  • Partner with Creative Services and Business Leadership to manage creative resources, estimates, and budgets.
  • Communicate status updates across departments and enforce agency processes.
  • Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements, including systems or software recommendations.
  • Provide performance input for employees across departments and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency is required.
  • Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions is required.
  • Experience developing timelines and managing budgets is required.
  • PC and MS Office Suite experience is required.
  • Must be self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder work and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Pharmaceutical advertising agency experience is required.
  • Experience managing projects with a team leadership component is required.
