Description

  • Concept, develop, and design content based on strategic direction for digital tactics.
  • Create integrated advertising campaigns and ensure the work is strategically and creatively aligned.
  • Work with senior art staff and copywriters to develop concepts and layouts for client, in-house, and new business projects.
  • Prepare detailed layouts, storyboards, comps, and final production-ready creative assets.
  • Collaborate with editorial, project management, account management, and other agency teams to meet deadlines and support execution.
  • Work with the in-house art department/studio and outside suppliers to complete production materials.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working under tight deadlines.
  • Lead and mentor entry-level designers and art directors.
  • Allocate personnel and coordinate freelance support for creative assignments as needed.
  • Present creative work in client meetings and monitor overall creative quality.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of creative or creative management experience in a digital agency.
  • Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience preferred.
  • Digital portfolio of creative samples required.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Advanced experience with MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management, organization, and the ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to superior quality.
