Description

  • Lead the conception, development, design, and execution of artwork for integrated advertising campaigns.
  • Manage the creative process to ensure work is strategically and creatively aligned.
  • Guide, direct, and support the creative design team to keep projects on strategy, on time, and within budget.
  • Mentor junior team members by monitoring projects, delegating assignments, and approving work.
  • Develop creative ideas and solutions that address specific client marketing challenges.
  • Ensure all design work is on-brand, accurate, and consistent with overall strategy.
  • Contribute to strategy development and the creation of creative briefs.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal agency teams to build positive working relationships.
  • Support and participate in new business pitches.
  • Manage multiple direct reports and workflow across multiple projects and brands.

Requirements

  • Digital portfolio required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, graphic arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of creative or creative management experience.
  • Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience preferred.
  • Outstanding creative presentation skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Advanced Mac experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented.
