Description

  • Support the development of media plans and holistic communications plans with media planners and supervisors.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research to develop consumer insights, channel roles, and budget allocations.
  • Compile research and competitive data to help clients reach target audiences.
  • Use syndicated research resources and apply basic media math.
  • Develop campaign materials, including flowcharts, trafficking spreadsheets, and budget trackers.
  • Create RFPs and brief investment teams on campaign insights and strategies.
  • Coordinate the resolution of billing issues and discrepancies within required timeframes.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and manage day-to-day client requests with the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or related coursework.
  • 0–1 year of media planning or buying experience; relevant internships are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an integrated team.
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
