Description

  • Conceive and execute brand communication and engagement projects across a wide range of media.
  • Lead creative direction on brands and projects in partnership with brand teams and creative colleagues.
  • Work with the Creative Director to ensure the agency’s creative output is impactful and effective.
  • Mentor, supervise, train, and develop junior and mid-weight creatives.
  • Develop and direct concepts for advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Present creative ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Champion collaboration and high creative standards across the team.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to agency growth.
  • Lead new business pitch work, including directing and presenting as needed.
  • Support commercial objectives and help the Creative Department meet performance targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in a creative role within a recognized healthcare advertising agency.
  • Medical device experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Figma is required.
  • Ability to build clear and compelling concept presentations.
  • Strong understanding of communication platforms and design tools, including video, PowerPoint, websites, apps, print, and immersive experiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentorship, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in exploring new creative opportunities.
  • Ability to provide creative counsel and help shape ways of working.
  • Experience raising the profile of creative work or contributing to agency visibility is preferred.
