Description

  • Lead creative development and execution of brand communication and engagement projects across multiple media.
  • Work hands-on with the Creative Director and creative team to ensure the quality and effectiveness of all creative output.
  • Serve as lead creative on assigned brands, helping shape creative strategy and delivery in partnership with brand teams.
  • Develop and direct concepts for advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Present creative ideas to clients and guide them through clear and compelling concept narratives.
  • Mentor, supervise, train, and develop junior and mid-weight creatives.
  • Champion creativity internally and externally while building strong relationships with colleagues and brand partners.
  • Contribute to new business opportunities, including pitch work, business development ideas, and agency growth.
  • Apply commercial awareness to help the Creative Department meet performance targets.
  • Challenge and inspire teams to improve the creative ideation process and explore new approaches.

Requirements

  • Experience in a creative role within a recognized healthcare advertising agency.
  • Evidence of mentorship, teamwork, and collaboration in recent work or experience.
  • Ability to build clear and compelling concept presentations that guide clients through creative ideas.
  • Understanding of different communication platforms and design tools, including video, PowerPoint, websites, apps, print, and immersive experiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in exploring new creative opportunities.
  • Willingness to help shape and improve the agency’s offering and ways of working.
  • Ability to provide strong creative counsel to brand teams.
  • Experience directing and presenting new business pitch work.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial aspects of an agency business.
  • Experience in a hands-on creative leadership role, reporting to a Creative Director.
