Description

  • Own product positioning and messaging end-to-end, translating product capabilities, roadmap and customer needs into clear, credible narratives.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new products and major releases, defining launch goals, messaging, timing and activation with cross-functional partners.
  • Create and maintain messaging frameworks, proof points and differentiation to ensure consistency across campaigns, sales materials and customer conversations.
  • Develop and deliver product sales enablement assets (decks, narratives, FAQs, battlecards) to support live deals and objection handling.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and a Pedagogy (Product Enablement) Specialist to stay aligned on customer problems, competitive context and roadmap direction.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to gather field feedback and iterate on messaging, enablement and GTM execution.
  • Drive strategy and execution for product marketing initiatives, owning outcomes from planning through to measurement and iteration.
  • Work with Brand Studio and Growth teams to align product messaging across demand, brand and customer-facing channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Product Marketing within a SaaS or sales-led environment with examples of launches and enablement owned.
  • Experience building sales enablement that is adopted and used in real sales conversations.
  • Strong storytelling, writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas without losing meaning.
  • Comfort operating as a senior individual contributor with full ownership from strategy through to execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales/Customer Success, Brand and Growth teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and judgment, with the ability to prioritise, adapt and move work forward independently.
  • Portfolio or links to relevant projects, writing samples or presentations recommended to demonstrate work.
  • Australian working rights required for this role.
