Description

  • Respond to customer questions via phone, chat, and email with a solution-focused approach.
  • Resolve customer issues and create positive service experiences.
  • Follow brand guidelines and quality standards in every interaction.
  • Log and update customer interactions in relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French at C1, C2, or native level.
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
  • Strong communication and active-listening skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Comfort using computer systems and multitasking across tools.
  • Availability to work shifts.
  • Clean criminal record.
  • Valid work permit or European passport.
  • Resident of a European Union country.
  • Submit a CV in English.
