Description

  • Design assets for social media, marketing campaigns, ecosystem partnerships, event branding, presentations, and editorial content.
  • Produce animated graphics, transitions, and explainer animations for social, web, and paid media.
  • Create and edit short-form and long-form video content for product announcements, event recaps, community content, and brand films.
  • Apply and evolve BNB Chain’s visual identity across all touchpoints while maintaining high standards across formats and platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, BD, and community teams to turn briefs into compelling visual content.
  • Manage multiple deliverables at once in a fast-moving environment and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Use AI tools for image generation, video synthesis, scriptwriting, and asset iteration to speed up creative exploration.
  • Concept, produce, and deliver creative work hands-on across graphic design, motion, and video.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience across graphic design, motion design, and video editing.
  • A strong portfolio showing work across graphic design, motion, and video.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator or Photoshop.
  • Active day-to-day use of AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Flux, Runway, Kling, Sora, or similar tools.
  • Ability to explain concretely how AI tools fit into the creative process.
  • Solid understanding of design systems and brand consistency.
  • Ability to work independently and ship quickly with minimal oversight.
  • Comfort creating short-form content for platforms like X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Experience designing for Web3, crypto, or fintech brands is preferred.
  • 3D design skills with Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools are preferred.
  • Experience with Lottie or web animation formats is preferred.
  • Understanding of on-chain ecosystems, DeFi, NFTs, or blockchain infrastructure is preferred.
  • Experience working in a globally distributed team is preferred.
