Description

  • Write user stories and define acceptance criteria for product work.
  • Groom, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
  • Coordinate regularly with the Product Manager on scoping and prioritizing work.
  • Act as the voice of the customer across product planning and execution.
  • Determine current and future customer needs using market research techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to support user experience and interface work.
  • Champion a user-centered design process across the organization.
  • Conduct user focus groups and improve usability test criteria for product acceptance.
  • Identify and manage potential integration partnerships with external applications.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across product, technology, R&D, sales, project management, client services, and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, MIS, or computer science preferred.
  • Experience delivering healthcare products preferred.
  • Agile software development experience preferred.
  • Ability to synthesize complex concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and consensus-building skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced organization.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to rapid change.
