Description

  • Assist the Compliance Manager with internal reviews, research, and audits to verify compliance with laws, regulations, accreditations, certifications, audit frameworks, and organizational policies.
  • Document findings and organize data to identify potential risk areas.
  • Stay informed of changes in applicable rules and regulations in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the Document Management System (DMS) and Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Coordinate with departments and cross-functional teams to ensure documents are reviewed and revised within required timeframes.
  • Perform document control functions, including tracking, processing, reviewing, formatting, distributing, and archiving documents.
  • Evaluate document organization, proofread materials, and complete quality checks before finalization.
  • Assist with third-party audit review and management.
  • Verify compliance with insurer rules, Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations.
  • Assist with incident management, CAPA processes, enterprise-wide risk assessments, complaint investigations, and compliance/privacy logs.
  • Support compliance training efforts by preparing materials and delivering training through multiple methods.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CHC or other relevant certification preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to plan milestones, track progress, and prioritize workload independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Experience with Jira Service Desk is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to change, manage competing demands, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
