Description

  • Build and deepen relationships with AI/ML users to drive adoption and expand usage across customer accounts.
  • Conduct discovery with customers to understand goals, present the Arize vision, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, including Customer Success Engineering, to resolve complex customer needs and support implementation.
  • Run customer workshops and training sessions during onboarding and when new functionality launches.
  • Lead QBRs to demonstrate account value, identify opportunities, and strengthen customer partnerships.
  • Monitor product usage across accounts to assess account health and identify risks or opportunities.
  • Partner with Account Management and Executive teams to identify upsell opportunities and align customer health strategies.
  • Relay customer feature requests to internal teams and advocate for customer needs.
  • Ensure support teams are aligned with customer requests and priorities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS.
  • Self-starter mindset and ability to thrive in limited-process environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster collaboration across teams.
  • Proven ability to demo technical products and translate value into tailored customer solutions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, customer-first environments focused on measurable results.
  • Strong team player who values collaboration and collective success.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or GenAI technologies is a plus.
