Description

  • Lead and participate in collaborative design sessions, offering critiques and support to teammates.
  • Plan research for new projects and analyze data for design audits.
  • Create mockups, concepts, and prototypes for client testing and approval.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly to internal and external audiences in presentations and discussions.
  • Keep current with design and technology trends across multiple platforms.
  • Prepare handoff documentation and design specifications for developers to implement.
  • Collaborate with accessibility experts to make UX/UI deliverables inclusive.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, team meetings, and design ceremonies.
  • Support hiring through portfolio reviews and technical interviews.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders from concept to delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience designing UX/UI for multi-platform experiences, including iOS, Android, and web projects.
  • Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and actively in English.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect design decisions to business needs.
  • Experience contributing to design systems and maintaining consistency and scalability.
  • Proficiency with leading design tools such as Figma.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate early and often, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Comfort working collaboratively with engineers and other stakeholders through implementation.
  • Interest in hardware and software advancements and applying new ideas to products and clients.
  • Experience with accessibility-focused design collaboration (preferred).
  • Experience supporting portfolio reviews and technical interviews (preferred).
