Description

  • Interview developer squads to identify friction, bottlenecks, and pain points in the current GitHub/AWS workflow.
  • Manage the DevEx backlog and prioritize improvements across automation, pipeline speed, security gates, and testing tools.
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered tools across the product and engineering organization to improve efficiency.
  • Act as the product owner for the Internal Developer Platform, guiding it from proof of concept to production-ready adoption.
  • Coordinate across Platform, QA, and Security teams to ensure their capabilities are integrated into the main delivery pipelines.
  • Define governance standards and the deployment Definition of Done so code moving to production is safe, secure, and maintained.
  • Track delivery performance across teams and remove systemic blockers to improve predictability and flow.
  • Use BI and reporting tools to provide visibility into engineering productivity, lead times, and change failure rates.

Requirements

  • Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Technical Operations, or Delivery Management within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience taking a technical product from proof of concept to company-wide adoption.
  • Strong orientation toward tooling, compliance, and engineering governance.
  • Proficiency with BI and reporting tools, and experience using data such as DORA or SPACE metrics to influence roadmaps.
  • Experience with the lifecycle of an Internal Developer Platform (IDP).
  • Desire to lead the transition from disjointed tools to a unified platform.
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps patterns and the challenges of scaling engineering organizations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across specialized engineering teams.
