Description

  • Define and develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap for FEPS SaaS products.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Prioritise product features and improvements based on business impact, customer feedback, and market dynamics.
  • Communicate product strategy and roadmap to stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with engineering to translate product requirements into technical specifications and manage the product backlog.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept through to release, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and work closely with QA to ensure product quality.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand needs and usage patterns, and serve as the voice of the customer internally.
  • Define, track and report key product metrics (KPIs) such as adoption, retention and satisfaction, and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales and customer success and act as primary contact for product-related decisions and inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or software environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and cloud-based technologies.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating product concepts and strategies.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving customer problems and delivering excellent user experiences.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
