Description

  • Own Aran deployments from project kickoff through delivery of engineering packages.
  • Configure and extend parametric engines and AI agents to match customer standards, templates, and workflows.
  • Build integrations, scripts, and tools connecting Aran with customer CAD/BIM, document, and project-management systems.
  • Work on-site with customer engineering and construction teams to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule.
  • Translate field learnings into clear product requirements, reusable features, and platform fixes.
  • Help scale deployment practices from flagship projects to a broader customer base.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to ship engineering work or software relied on by real users.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Highly proficient in using AI coding agents to work quickly in unfamiliar codebases and domains.
  • Strong written and in-person communication skills with engineers, project managers, and executives.
  • Ability to own outcomes and solve problems under customer deadline pressure.
  • Ability to learn technical domains such as power, cooling, structures, permitting, and construction quickly.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to customer offices and job sites.
  • Systems-thinking mindset.
  • Experience as a forward-deployed, solutions, or field engineer, or delivering technical projects for demanding customers, is preferred.
  • A degree in engineering or computer science and prior AEC, construction, data-center, or customer-facing experience are not required.

Benefits

  • Full-time remote role available across the US or Canada, excluding Quebec.
  • Base salary of US$150,000–$250,000 or CA$215,000–CA$355,000.
  • Founding-team equity.
